- Congenital Diseases: Some congenital diseases which do not require immediate surgery may not be included in the plan of MAA Card.

How to Enrol in MAA Card
To avail of the medical benefits of the MAA Card, an eligible person has to enrol under the scheme for which this Yojana is designed. The Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana enrolment process is simple. The following are the steps involved in the process:Government officials including Taluka and Civic Centres officers keep a list of families. Families with annual income below 4 Lakh Rupees are listed. Besides, the same list of families can be accessed on the MA Gujarat website through the online BPL search page. This list becomes a reference point in any enrolment exercise carried out by authorities. The income certificates of families generate the MA Vatsalya lists.
To participate in “MA” and “MA Vatsalya”, members of a family that benefit from it should visit kiosks available at Taluka or Civic Centres within their locality.
