What is an SIP?

What is NAV?
NAV (Net Asset Value) is the total value of assets in a mutual fund divided by the number of units. It is the price of one unit and is calculated daily.
DDo Mutual Funds offer any tax benefits?
Investing in Equity Linked Saving Schemes (ELSS) allows you to claim tax deductions under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act, making them a tax-saving option.
Do Mutual Funds have a lock-in period?
Mutual funds, except ELSS or tax-saving schemes, have no lock-in period. Investors can redeem as needed but must consider tax implications and exit load.
Can NRIs invest in Mutual Funds?
Yes, NRIs can invest in mutual funds, but must comply with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) guidelines*

Can I get a loan with my Gold ETFs?
As Gold ETFs are in an electronic form with clear pricing, they can be used as collateral to secure a loan conveniently.
Why are there no partial withdrawals on ELSS funds?
As a tax-free investment option, ELSS funds have a lock-in period of 3 years. So, the longer you stay invested, the better!
