A powerhouse of leadership acumen, the Aditya Birla Capital Talent Council comprises our Group Chief Executive, Deputy Group Chief Executive, Chief Human Resource Officer, and on a rotational basis – the CEOs or HR Heads of business units. This body is in charge of identifying key leadership talent, developmental journeys and cross-business career moves.

With the objective of empowering and uplifting key talent across levels, the Aditya Birla Capital LTDP is a customized year-long intervention comprising two sessions every month that help facilitate training, mentoring and upskilling for management level employees. This is done with three core objectives in mind - widening perspective with an outside-in approach, strengthening future-focused thinking, and enhancing business-critical leadership skills.
