ABC 10-Year Career Journey
The 10-year journey at Aditya Birla Capital is crafted with the aim of building future leaders who possess a strong decision-making capacity, the ability to manage scale, and the skills to independently manage large execution.
Spread over six core themes, the journey involves high-impact experiences, best-in-practice leadership grooming, networking, building of mastery, and financial empowerment through wealth creation opportunities and awareness. ABC F.A.I.R. Analytics Program

The ABC F.A.I.R. Analytics initiative hires promising young undergraduates and postgraduates from across the country, enrolling them in a meticulously crafted, year-long program with the aim of nurturing their potential to become skilled future analytics professionals. Participants undergo a robust onboarding process to become acquainted with Aditya Birla Capital's culture, values, processes, policies, and businesses, fostering a seamless transition from university to work life. Program participants embark on a career journey where they receive hands-on, technical training in cutting-edge software and tools through on-the-job learning, diverse projects, and classroom sessions led by industry experts. Aditya Birla Capital ensures that participants acquire invaluable functional and technical skills, nurturing their acumen for a fulfilling and prosperous career in data science.

ABC F.A.I.R MT Program
Beginning with an extensive campus hiring process,Management Trainees are brought together via regular knowledge-sharing and engagement, equipped with the latest news and updates from Aditya Birla Capital.
With a robust onboarding process, trainees are then taken through a rigorous, experience-based learning trajectory. This is punctuated with regular feedback through our Onboarding Feedback Portal, Accelerate periodically at the 30, 100, 120 and 160-day marks. This progress tracking involves HR team, mentors and managers, and enables trainees to gain holistic inputs on their key strengths as well as areas of improvement. After the completion of a year, select trainees are groomed as Aditya Birla Capital Ambassadors for the next campus hiring cycle.
ABC F.A.I.R SIP Program
Our Summer Internship Program also begins with a campus hiring initiative across some of the foremost institutes in the country. Onboarded and inducted into key projects underway, they get a unique inside perspective of working at Aditya Birla Capital, complete with tracking of weekly progress and constructive feedback on a periodic basis. Interns get to consolidate their learnings into a final report that is assessed by the project manager, post which select candidates are given pre-placement offers, followed by an entry into the Management Trainee program.
