During my four years at ABC, the organization has forged me into a resilient, big picture thinker. Previously, I was part of the Business Solution Group in the Technology function of ABC’s Asset Management business, where my team and I were responsible for launching and driving advanced tech initiatives. Presently, as a part of the Quality & Business Excellence function at ABC, a significant aspect of my role involves designing and leading digital transformation strategies that fuel customer value, efficiency, and business quality.

In my time here, I have learned to benchmark customers' journeys and digital assets with competitors while driving an omnichannel strategy for revenue generation. In my experience, ABC’s emphasis on Digital Transformation Initiatives, centred around enhancing customer experience, streamlining operational processes, and optimizing business models, has been a highly motivating factor for professionals from STEM backgrounds, such as myself.
At ABC, we prioritize the customer at the focal point of the ecosystem while building solutions and strategies. This has led to a shift in mindset from traditional servicing methods to a faster, better, and more efficient way of working. We incorporate modern digital technologies for a seamless way of working while including continuous inputs from businesses.
The scale we achieve when we build as ONE is staggering. Through collaboration across businesses, we have digitized onboarding processes on portals and applications. Our AI-driven Chatbot that has created a paradigm shift in customer servicing.
Working at ABC has been very fulfilling for me. I've been fortunate to collaborate with different teams and lead various digital transformation projects using an agile framework.
