In this video Luke explains the basis of sound and music and why it can have an effect on our body and mental state. Sound is made up of vibrations at different frequencies which our cells are able to pick up. Some frequencies match the vibrations of our cells and brain and make us feel good.
There are also frequencies that are different from the vibrations in our body and we don’t enjoy these. The mismatched frequencies are what we call noise. Luke also talks about the different types of brainwaves we experience, what purpose each of them serve and what effect external sounds have on them.
