For the dressing:

2-tablespoon soya sauce

½-tablespoon lemon juice

2-tablespoon jaggery syrup boiled with water

A pinch of pink salt

Some red chili flakes

2 tablespoon roasted watermelon seeds

2 tablespoon crushed and roasted peanuts

Method:

  1. Mix the 4 vegetables in a bowl, add some torn mint leaves, and keep it aside.
  2. For the dressing, add all the ingredients and give it a good mix.
  3. Mix the dressing with the salad and toss it properly.

8-10 soaked black raisins

1 teaspoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

1-2 tablespoon jaggery syrup

1 glass of cold water
