Ingredients
A handful of tulsi leaves
1 inch of ginger
⅛ teaspoon turmeric powder
A pinch of pepper powder
1-tablespoon jaggery or honey syrup (optional)
Method
- Add the tulsi leaves to a blender jar with the piece of ginger. Add water to blend it well.
- Strain it in a strainer.
- Add the other ingredients to it and mix it well.
If you find this a strong tonic, then you can add one teaspoon of jaggery or honey syrup.
