Tasty Vegan Food Recipes

One can’t refer to ‘veganism’ as some sort of ‘fad’ or ‘recent trend’ simply because it’s been around for a long time. Although, with several celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres, Sonam Kapoor and many others endorsing this way of life, veganism has definitely gained popularity in recent years. So what do we really know about veganism?

Like vegetarians, vegans do not eat meat, fish or poultry and take it a step further by keeping away from animal products and by-products too. These include eggs, cheese, honey and also materials like leather, wool, silk, fur and even soaps and cosmetics derived from animal products. It’s a holistic lifestyle.

Whether it’s for health, saving the environment or for ethical reasons that you want to give veganism a go, we give you 5 recipes here to help you get started:-
