Sreshta is dedicated to empowering individuals by helping them discover and harness their inner strengths for professional success. Our primary objective is to promote a stronger work-life balance through intentional career planning and skill development. In 2021, an impressive 73% of eligible women at ABC actively participated in this program. We are committed to supporting our employees in their pursuit of personal and professional fulfilment.
The Disha program is dedicated to elevating the mentoring skills of women in middle and senior management positions. We leverage the GROW Coaching methodology to harness their leadership capabilities, empowering them to make substantial contributions to the business. Our ultimate objective is to motivate and inspire female employees, propelling them towards success and realizing their full potential.
The ABC Career Restart session was exclusively organised for women who are family members and friends of our employees, offering them opportunities to reenter the workforce. We received over 78 profiles for roles in the banking and financial services industries. This initiative helped us:
- Increase awareness of our 2nd Careers Program among a broader audience, making it more popular and accessible.
- Enhance internal referrals of career returnees for job opportunities within ABC.
- Strengthen our employee connection by providing a platform for their female family members seeking to restart their careers. The platform addresses their concerns and resolves their queries in an easy and accessible manner. This further fosters a sense of support and inclusivity within our organisation.
At ABC, we prioritise providing a comfortable and secure working environment for women employees, enabling them to unleash their full potential. We have a policy aligned with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, along with an Internal Complaint Committee dedicated to addressing and resolving issues related to sexual harassment.
The establishment of Zonal Chapters aims to create zonal forums or small Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for women employees across zones to connect, support one another, share experiences, and establish a bond among themselves. The initial chapters were launched in the South, North, and East Zones.
