Portfolio Collection Manager

Job Purpose

Job Purpose Description - To manage the collections process at a Location level, primarily to manage partnership portfolio. To liaise with external collections teams and to oversee their activities, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations.

Bkts Resolution and Inventory Management  - Monitor and Control Bucket resolution. 

Collections Agency Management - Liaise with agencies to drive collections processes efficiently.
