Key Challenges for the role-
Creating importance and getting mindshare from RMs and ZMs towards the program. Influencing and guiding the Acquisition managers to continue to focus on inputs and process and not get carried away by the outcome. Ensuring the demands of the recruited advisors with regards to servicing them and their customers are met. Continue to grow MDRT count in an industry where agent attrition is high, and retention is low

KRA1 | Recruitment of MDRT/Top advisors from competition /top distributors in BFSI space | Meet the MDRT plan (both inorganic and organic target). Ensure productivity of the hired advisor through first month activation. Sharing good sales practices. Ensuring recruitment activity in the cities. |
KRA2 | Recruited advisors to qualify for MDRT/Top Club | 1Keep track on Advisors Contest and Clubs. Ensuring the training interventions regular basis as per the need. Ensuring the download of contest, commission information on a regular basis. |
KRA3 | Engagement and Retention of existing MDRTS/Top advsiors | Maintain healthy & cordial relation with top advisors. Maintain one to one contact with all recruited and club advisors. Ensure reaching of communication to the advisors about new product, schemes, clubs, etc. |
KRA4 | Ensure Risk Management as per company policy. | Carrying out the activities as per the compliance & regulatory environment. Ensure (by doing basic screening & basic sanity checks) the applications that healthy business is introduced in the system. Be responsible for the market conduct of the assigned advisor |
