KRA2 | Content Cascade and Availability – Online and Offline | Ensure that the updated content is periodically and frequently cascaded to the relevant teams Ensure that correct versions of the content are available online (on the LMS) as well as offline (in secure shared folders) Create and cascade further byte-sized portions of the larger content on continuous basis to refresh memory and to serve as a conversion aid for the BCSM/VRM/CSE teams Curating the library of functional, behavioural and soft skills content on CSOD / other sources to identify material relevant for various cohorts of ABCDL |
KRA3 | Tech Platform – Development, Maintenance and Upgrade | Develop and maintain complete mastery over the existing and upcoming L&D tech stack at ABC Create BRD and follow through to deployment for any ABCDL specific developments in the LMS / other L&D tech, in close collaboration with the ABCU central team Keep abreast of market trends and work to recommend and implement new technology that will aid learning and create better business impact Drive usage of the available tech platforms to maximize the potential benefits to employees, create and share dashboards for the same |
KRA4 | Behavioural and Soft Skills Content | Creation of behavioural and soft skills content (While the product and policy content will come from the respective LOB / BU product owners, soft skills content will need to be custom-created for ABCDL) TTT-ising the RTMs and empaneled trainers as well as the VRM Partner L&D teams on the soft skills content created Actively seeking feedback on delivery and incorporating relevant elements to continuously improve the content |
