Mr. Ankesh Amin is the Head – Human Resource, Training and Administration of Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Limited. Ankesh started his career in Consulting where he worked closely with large Indian conglomerates across multiple industries such as Metals, Mining, Textiles, Auto and Retail in helping them identify and groom leaders from within. Ankesh specializes in designing and executing large scale Talent Management and Organization Development interventions which help businesses deliver results sustainably.

With an overall experience of 18+ years, Ankesh has led multiple interventions to help organizations strengthen their succession pipeline, improve effectiveness of teams, transform HR policies and processes and coach leaders to move to the next level. Ankesh has been a part of Aditya Birla Capital for 11+ Years and has held multiple roles across businesses. He is a key member of the HR leadership team and has set up various processes and frameworks in the talent management and organization development space. Ankesh is a Masters in Commerce and has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management.
